- Optionally, remove and discard the seeds from the oranges (this step is unnecessary if the juice will be strained).

For optimal nutrient absorption, freshly pressed orange juice should be consumed immediately. However, leftovers can be stored for up to three days in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator.
