Design

Performance 

Cooking has never been so quick and straightforward before with Mixture Monitor Light that allows you to see the mixing process in progress. It has 6-speed settings with efficient and quiet speeds for mixing a wide range of batters in a single bowl. To deal with the most challenging mixtures, use Turbo Mode for an extra boost at maximum speed. 

I made Hokkaido Milk bread and Hongkong Sponge cake as a test. The dough mixer works highly well with wet creamy dough, and the engine is relatively quiet. The best part is that the two led lights enable me to see the dough and meringue texture more clearly. By pressing Turbo, I can increase the maximum speed to 6.

The motor is relatively quiet on the plus side, and the hand mixer rests firmly on the counter. The beaters appear to be well-made. While the light is irrelevant to me, it is LED because it will not overheat my dough while mixing, which is a good thing.

This mixer has a variety of speeds that are indeed varied and cover a wide range of speeds. The entire process is quick and straightforward, from setting up to using, cleaning, and storing. On the other hand, the dough hooks do what they’re supposed to do.

Cleaning 

Not only is it light and easy to clean, but it also saves a significant amount of time during the actual cooking process. Storage is super easy and I don’t have to worry about space since it’s not bulky or big like other hand mixers.

By opening the box, you can tell that this hand mixer is top-notch. This hand mixer is a lifesaver for someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen! With the help of the dough hooks, I’ve been able to successfully make bread for the first time in a long time.

Every feature of this beater is outstanding! Having lights on a beater was something I had never done before, and I wasn’t even thinking about them when I was looking for a beater with more watts than my previous beater. However, the lights are a nice bonus on top of the speed this beater provides! The fact that I survived for so long before having this beater is beyond me.
