Crock Pot Apple Coffeecake

Ingredient

• 2 c biscuit mix
• 2/3 c applesauce
• 1/4 c milk
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp margarine, melted
• 2 apples, peeled
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg, beaten

To Make Streusel:

• 1/4 c biscuit mix
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. Mix first 8 ingredients. Spread in greased crockpot.
2. Combine streusel ingredients with pastry blender; sprinkle over batter.
3. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours or until cake tests for doneness with toothpick.
4. Uncover and let cool in the pot. When cool, loosen sides & slightly turn pot & remove.
