Its sleek design adds a contemporary look to any kitchen. The speed control and beater eject lever are conveniently located on the handle. The soft-grip handle provides comfort while mixing, while the smooth start feature eliminates splatter when the mixer is turned on.

It features an additional outlet for blending and chopping attachments – including a blending shaft.

Performance

Cuisinart 8-Speed Hand Mixer has a 250-watt motor that is powerful enough for almost any mixing job. The hand mixer features an eight-speed dial with LED light to indicate the speed setting, a one-step power switch, and easy-to-use speed control.

The blending attachment exceeds my expectations and has elevated this mixer to new heights. I made chestnut purée with the blending shaft and found the texture entirely satisfactory.

Ensure that you read the manual thoroughly to learn how to use the blending attachment. This machine has more power but produces less noise than my previous hand mixer. Take care not to overbeat your egg whites, as they quickly do the job.

The only disadvantage is that the machine weighs slightly more than my previous one. However, I am still capable of handling it. Additionally, it would be preferable if the hand mixer included a storage base rather than a pouch (I don’t mind if the base couldn’t accommodate the large blending shaft). In general, it was an excellent purchase.

Cleaning

Cuisinart HM-8GR 8-Speed Hand Mixer comes with a stainless steel beater blade, dough hooks and balloon whisk, all of which are dishwasher safe.
