Homemade Toaster Strudel

Here is a simple recipe for making homemade toaster strudel in a toaster:

Ingredients:

• 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
• 1/4 cup fruit jam or filling of your choice
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat your toaster or toaster oven to 375°F.
2. Unroll the puff pastry sheet onto a floured surface, and cut it into six equal rectangles.
3. Spread a spoonful of fruit jam or filling of your choice onto one half of each rectangle, leaving a small border around the edge.
4. Fold the other half of the pastry over the filling, and use a fork to crimp the edges together.
5. Place the toaster strudels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and freeze for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
6. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and milk until smooth to make the glaze.
7. Remove the toaster strudels from the freezer, and toast them in the preheated toaster or toaster oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Once the toaster strudels are done, remove them from the toaster and let them cool for a minute or two.
9. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the toaster strudels, and serve warm.
