Pure Protein Chocolate Cake

This chocolate protein cake is a delicious, nutritious dessert that will satisfy your sweet tooth and boost your protein intake.

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. applesauce (unsweetened, natural)
• 2 tbsp. agave syrup
• 3 tbsp. unsweetened, vanilla almond milk
• 2 tbsp. almond flour
• 3 tbsp. gluten-free pancake mix
• 1 scoop Prograde Vanilla Protein powder
• 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder

Instructions

In a blender (or mix in a mixing bowl), add

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. applesauce (unsweetened, natural)
• 2 tbsp. agave syrup
• 3 tbsp. unsweetened, vanilla almond milk

Once well blended, add to that:

• 2 tbsp. almond flour
• 3 tbsp. gluten-free pancake mix
• 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
• 1/2 tsp. cocoa powder

After you have blended or mixed all of your ingredients, place in a dish that is microwave save and cook for 2 minutes and 15 seconds or it is done. Times may vary, of course, for this cake recipe. If you think it still looks a little too gooey you can cook it a little longer ( a few extra seconds), but make sure you don’t overcook or it could get a little tough or chewy to eat.

This chocolate cake has an incredible 18g of protein.
