Potato and Sausage Crock Pot Soup


  • 8oz kielbasa sausage
  • 1 can (15-1/2 ounces) dark kidney beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
  • 1 large potato, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  1. Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. Combine sausage, beans, tomatoes with juice, broth, potato, onion, bell pepper, oregano and sugar in slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on HIGH 4 hours.
  3. Season with cumin before serving.
