Slow Cooker Apple Dessert

Discover how to make apple dessert in a slow cooker for the simplest dessert. When apples are in season during the fall, a crockpot cake is a fuss-free and simple-to-clean-up recipe you will want to make frequently.
Only a few ingredients are required to make this cake, which is one of my favorite autumn desserts.

Ingredient

• 4 to 5 cups peeled and sliced apples
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup raisins
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 2/3 cup quick cooking or regular rolled oats
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. In mixing bowl add apples and toss with the flour and granulated sugar. Stir in raisins, cinnamon, and oats.
2. In slow cooker pour 1 cup water. Add apple mixture. Pour melted butter over apple mixture and sprinkle with brown sugar.
3. Cover and cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
4. Makes 6 servings.
