Ingredients
- 1 – 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 – 5 oz can apricot nectar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c chopped dried apricots
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 – 2 1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast ( you may use a pork tenderloin or pork chops instead)
Directions
- Combine the first 9 ingredients in a crock pot and mix well.
- Add the pork and spoon some of the sauce over the meat.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serves 8.
