Cranberry Pork Roast Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 – 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 – 5 oz can apricot nectar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c chopped dried apricots
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 – 2 1/2 lb boneless pork loin roast ( you may use a pork tenderloin or pork chops instead)

Directions

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a crock pot and mix well.
  2. Add the pork and spoon some of the sauce over the meat.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serves 8.
