Crock Pot Chicken and Vegetable Chowder Recipe


  • 1lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of potato soup
  • 1can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
  • 1package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1c. sliced carrots
  • 1jar (4-1/2 ounces) mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2  c. chopped onion
  • 1/2  c. whole kernel corn
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/3  c. half-and-half


  1. Mix chicken, broth, soup, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onion, corn, garlic, and thyme in Crockpot.
  2. Cover; cook on LOW  6 hours. Stir in half-and-half. Turn Crockpot to Hi.
  3. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
