Design

This mixer features a large stainless steel bowl with a capacity of 5 QT, which is sufficient for a family. The splash guard with an access port enables you to add ingredients easily and enjoy preparing homemade dishes.

Installing and removing the mixing bowl and other add-ons is a breeze with the electric mixer’s tilt-head design. The mixer is stabilized by suction cups made of anti-slip silicone.

The CUSIMAX stand mixer includes three mixing accessories: a whisk, a dough hook, and a mixing beater that can be easily attached to the shaft, enhancing cooking versatility. The planetary operation ensures mixing by rotating the beaters around the 5-quart stainless steel bowl.

Performance

The Cusimax has a powerful motor to handle baking tasks, from cakes and bread to cookies and muffins. The 5-quart stainless steel bowl is large enough to hold large batches of cookie dough and locks into place for safety and control with 3 speeds and a pulse function.

To keep the flour from flying everywhere when using the mixer, it comes with a spouted pouring shield cover and three attachments: a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whisk.

This mixer is straightforward to operate. It’s primarily used to combine cake and flour. It is said to be capable of stirring the meat, but I have not tested this. It has three mixing heads that need to be replaced, depending on the material. It introduced us to a great deal of strength and time, which we adore.

Cleaning

Although the whisk is not dishwasher safe, it is easily cleaned by hand washing in hot soapy water and then rinsing under running water. There are only one or two speeds for the dough.

While this is the most powerful stand mixer available, it does have some limitations, the most glaring of which is its limited operating time. That said, you can extend the time limit slightly, though this should not become a habit.

In general, the Cusimax is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a stand mixer capable of mixing a variety of dough types.
