2. 2 cups of milk
3. 2tb spoon sugar
4. 2tb spoon cream
5. 4 chopped almonds

Directions

1. Remove hard pits from the dates and chopped the dates.
2. Take a blender and put chopped dates in the blender.
3. Add 2 cups of milk in the blender with sugar.
4. Now add the 2tb spoon of cream and blend all of these ingredients well until the shake become smooth and all ingredients mix well.
5. Now add this shake in 2 glasses and add chopped almonds for more flavor.
