- Squeeze or Press: Once most of the liquid has passed through, gather the bag or cheesecloth around the almond pulp and squeeze or press firmly to extract as much milk as possible. Discard the almond pulp or save it for other recipes, such as baking or adding to smoothies.
- Store: Transfer the freshly strained almond milk to a clean glass jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
