# Recipe 1: Chocolate and banana ice cream 

Ingredients: 

  • 4 bananas 
  • 30-gram peanut butter 
  • 10-gram powdered cocoa and chocolate 

Instructions: 

  • Step 1: First, peel the bananas and cut them into approximately 1-centimeter-sized pieces. Choose bananas that are soft and ripe for the best flavor! 
  • Step 2: Place the banana in the freezer for approximately one hour or until the pieces are frozen.

  • Step 5: Pour the final mixture into a food container and place it in the refrigerator for one to five hours to freeze. Then, it is your turn to enjoy it. 

# Recipe 2: Strawberry ice cream 

Ingredients: 

  • 300g strawberries (you must choose strawberries carefully; they should be fresh and ripe) 
  • A few lemons slice 
  • 150g sugar 
  • 50 milliliters of condensed milk with sugar 

Instructions: 

  • Step 1: Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half or smaller. 
  • Step 2: Place frozen strawberries in a blender for thirty minutes to one hour. Then, add yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and cream according to taste. Specifically, strawberries can be replaced with other fruits or combined with chocolate, vanilla, or assorted flavors. 
  • Step 3: Turn on the blender and wait for the strawberries to become puree. The blending time is dependent on the blender’s power. This process typically takes less than 60 seconds. 
  • Step 4: When the blending is complete, pour the mixture into a tray or food container, and you will have a delicious strawberry ice cream. Please leave it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes before serving it to your family. 

Other ice cream-making suggestions 

  • In addition, you can decorate the ice cream with fruit rinds such as pineapple peel, watermelon rind, or coconut to make it more appealing. 
  • If you want to remove the ice cream from the mold easily, allow it to sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes after removing it from the refrigerator, or wet the mold cover before removing the ice cream. 
  • Avoid adding water to the mixture lest the ice cream loses its smooth texture. 
  • Your ice cream will become softer and less frosty if you add excessive sugar. 
  • After placing the cream in the freezer, mix and stir it once or twice to prevent it from becoming icy.
