  • Step 2: Wash the fruits and remove the peduncle, seeds, and peels to prevent pulping residue. They were drained and cut into smaller pieces.
  • Step 3: Place the frozen mixture and chopped fruits in a blender. Select the optimal speed or functions. Allow the blenders to operate for less than one minute or until all ingredients are smooth.

Then, pour the mixture into a food container. Close the lid firmly for storage purposes. Please put it in the refrigerator for several hours until it freezes. Take it out and replace it with flavor-enhancing ingredients.

Some recipes for homemade ice cream

# Recipe 1: Chocolate and banana ice cream

  • 4 bananas
  • 30-gram peanut butter
  • 10-gram powdered cocoa and chocolate

  • Step 1: First, peel the bananas and cut them into approximately 1-centimeter-sized pieces. Choose bananas that are soft and ripe for the best flavor!
  • Step 2: Place the banana in the freezer for approximately one hour or until the pieces are frozen.
  • Step 3: Place all the frozen bananas in a blender and puree until the consistency is as smooth as possible. After blending for a while, the banana will crumble, become gradually pureed, and have a texture like whipped cream. You can add a small amount of milk if the bananas are difficult to puree.
  • Step 4: Add cocoa, chocolate powder, and two tablespoons of peanut butter to the banana and blend until smooth.
  • Step 5: Pour the final mixture into a food container and place it in the refrigerator for one to five hours to freeze. Then, it is your turn to enjoy it.

# Recipe 2: Strawberry ice cream

  • 300g strawberries (you must choose strawberries carefully; they should be fresh and ripe)
  • A few lemons slice
  • 150g sugar
  • 50 milliliters of condensed milk with sugar

  • Step 1: Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half or smaller.
  • Step 2: Place frozen strawberries in a blender for thirty minutes to one hour. Then, add yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and cream according to taste. Specifically, strawberries can be replaced with other fruits or combined with chocolate, vanilla, or assorted flavors.
  • Step 3: Turn on the blender and wait for the strawberries to become puree. The blending time is dependent on the blender’s power. This process typically takes less than 60 seconds.
  • Step 4: When the blending is complete, pour the mixture into a tray or food container, and you will have a delicious strawberry ice cream. Please leave it in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes before serving it to your family.

Other ice cream-making suggestions

  • In addition, you can decorate the ice cream with fruit rinds such as pineapple peel, watermelon rind, or coconut to make it more appealing.
  • If you want to remove the ice cream from the mold easily, allow it to sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes after removing it from the refrigerator, or wet the mold cover before removing the ice cream.
  • Avoid adding water to the mixture lest the ice cream loses its smooth texture.
  • Your ice cream will become softer and less frosty if you add excessive sugar.
  • After placing the cream in the freezer, mix and stir it once or twice to prevent it from becoming icy.
  • Various blending options can be found in the Inspiration Guide included with each Ninja product.
