Performance

Generally, we found that the differences in cooking capabilities between the models in our fleet were minor. We were blown away by the food prepared by the DUO Nova, which earned superlatives in most of our cooking tests.

It quickly became hot enough to brown even hearty vegetables like carrots and diced onions. Cleaning
