Spirulina Smoothie Ingredients

• • 1/2 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup orange juices
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Spirulina powder

Directions

1. Place the berries, orange juice, plain yogurt and Spirulina powder in your blender and blend for a minute or until green and smooth.
2. If you feel it still needs a bit of sweet try adding a 2 teaspoons of honey.
