      • 4 Cups Nut Milk 
      • 1 Cup Blueberries 
      • 1 Cup Strawberries 
      • 1 Banana 
      • 1 Cup Raw Cashews 
      • 4 Pitted Dates 
      • ¼ Cup Coconut Oil 
      • 3 Cups Ice 

    Instructions: 

       

        • Except for the ice, blend the remaining ingredients in a Vitamix blender. It would help if you began with variable 1 and gradually increased speed until variable 10 is reached. 
        • Continue blending until the ingredients form a vortex of delectableness. The smoothie should be thick and creamy before the machine is turned off. 
        • Add the ice and blend over high for approximately 10 seconds to achieve the desired icy consistency.

            • 1 Banana (Frozen) 
            • 1 Cup Strawberries (Frozen) 
            • 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oatmeal 
            • ¼ Cup Protein Powder (Vanilla) 
            • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter 
            • 1 Cup Almond Milk 

          Instructions: 

             

              • Place all ingredients in your Vitamix blender. Don’t forget that you can add any dietary supplement for health benefits. This recipe is merely a guideline; there are no restrictions when making this smoothie. 
              • Blend high for 30 to 60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and drinkable. Immediately serve and enjoy!
