Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes, peeled & sliced
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c reserved potatoe water
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
    pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes; drain but keep 1 c of the potato water.
  2. Put potatoes in Crock Pot. Mix milk, reserved water, mustard, salt, onion powder & pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour over potatoes & cook on Low for 4 hours. Serves 8. 
  4. Add 4 slices of cheese or 2 c ham if you’d like for variety!
