Ingredients:
- 1 cup honey
- 2 egg whites
Method:
- Boil honey for 10 minutes, until a cooking temperature reads 115°C.
- Remove from heat and allow cooling for 10 minutes.
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour honey very slowly over beaten egg whites while continuing to beat, until mixture is thick.
- Let cool before spreading over cake.
