Honey Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 egg whites

Method:

  1. Boil honey for 10 minutes, until a cooking temperature reads 115°C.
  2. Remove from heat and allow cooling for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour honey very slowly over beaten egg whites while continuing to beat, until mixture is thick.
  4. Let cool before spreading over cake.
