Pineapple Kefir Green Smoothie

• 1 cup kefir
• 1-2 cups fresh pineapple
• 1 cup packed fresh spinach
• 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tablespoon alfalfa sprouts (optional)
• ice
