Round Steak Casserole

Ingredient

  • 2 pounds round steak — 1/2″ thickness garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion — thinly sliced
  • 1 can green beans — drained
  • 1 10-oz. can tomato soup
  • 4 to 5 medium potatoes — peeled & quartered
  • 1 16-oz. can whole peeled tomatoes

Directions

  1. Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper; cut into serving pieces and place in slow cooker.
  2. Add potatoes, sliced onions (separate into rings), and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Remove cover last 1/2 hour to reduce liquid, if desired (turn to high).
