Ingredient
- 2 pounds round steak — 1/2″ thickness garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion — thinly sliced
- 1 can green beans — drained
- 1 10-oz. can tomato soup
- 4 to 5 medium potatoes — peeled & quartered
- 1 16-oz. can whole peeled tomatoes
Directions
- Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper; cut into serving pieces and place in slow cooker.
- Add potatoes, sliced onions (separate into rings), and green beans. Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours.
- Remove cover last 1/2 hour to reduce liquid, if desired (turn to high).
