  • Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until charred on the outside and tender on the inside.

Tips

  1. I suggest using top sirloin for these steak kebabs. It’s a cheaper cut but stays juicy after marinating and air frying.
  2. The key to success when making kabobs is to try and cut everything around the same size to help it cook evenly.
  3. Be sure to check your skewers fit into the air fryer, if not, simply place the meat and veggies into the air fryer as is.
  4. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for one minute to prevent them from burning during the cooking process.
  5. Try not to overcook so they don’t become dry.
  6. Air Fryer Steak Kebabs are done when your steak reaches the following temperatures with a meat thermometer:

                * 125°F for rare
                * 135°F for medium rare
                * 145°F for medium
                * 150°F for medium well
