Which Blender Food Processor Combo Should You Buy?

If you are in the market for a new blender or food processor, you may be wondering if you should buy a combo model. In this post, we will explore the pros and cons of buying a blender food processor combo so that you can make an informed decision about which is the best option for you.

We will also recommend some specific models to consider. So, whether you are looking for a powerful blender to make smoothies and protein shakes or a versatile food processor to help with meal prep, read on for tips on choosing the right combo model!

Our Top Picks

Benefits of using Blender Food Processor Combo

If you are looking for a blender food processor combo which can mash, cut and process ingredients this one might be for you. To help people get an insight into what they can expect from this product we are writing an article that features its benefits.

1) Easy Accessibility to Blender Food Processor Combo

Blender food processor combos come in different shapes, sizes and models, but the most popular ones are the three-in-one kind.

The main reason why many consumers prefer them is because they give them more options while saving up space at their kitchen countertops.

They also come with different attachments depending on their brand so it will be easier to find the right fit for your needs than getting separate appliances or spending too much when buying a top-of-the-line product.

2) Can be More Economical Than Buying Separate Appliances

As we mentioned before, blender food processor combos come in different shapes and sizes. The price you will pay for this one is very affordable and can still do its job perfectly even if it isn’t the most powerful model out there. Remember that two appliances cost less than three, but you need to know which features they offer to make sure the deal is right for you.

3) Comes with Less Hassle Compared to Purchasing Two or Three Different Appliances at Once

Choosing an appliance that has multiple functions means that space inside your kitchen becomes limited, especially if you have more appliances added into your system. With some blender food processor combos, they don’t take up too much space and they can still do the job of multiple appliances.

4) More Features for Additional Convenience

Blender food processor combos come in different models which means they offer additional features such as a timer, digital control panel and more speeds. Make sure to read reviews about these products so you get an idea how easy it is to use them because some people might have difficulties at first when operating this appliance type. You also need to decide if you are willing to pay more for certain features that will give you more convenience while using the product despite having other limitations compared with low-end units. Just remember that not all blender food processors are made equal so read reviews before deciding on which one you will purchase.

5) Easy to Clean and Maintain According to a Feedback from a Customer

This unit is very easy to clean according to a customer review because it has a wide mouth design where you can put your hand inside.

The blender food processor combo can be cleaned standing upright after washing it with warm water, but make sure the appliance is not plugged in when doing this step or any other that will involve getting into contact with its electrical parts.

6) Comes with All the Features You Need for Your Kitchen Needs

Blender food processor combos have different speeds, wide mouth pitcher designs and more which makes them convenient to use in most kitchens.

They are also safer in terms of using them while cooking because they have fewer parts that you can put in contact with food.

Even though they don’t come with all the features of standalone blender or food processor, they still do the job very well for most consumers.

7) Doesn’t Take Much Space in Your Countertop

Since this product is so compact it doesn’t take up much space on your countertop even if it isn’t the only appliance, you own which means you won’t have to reorganize your kitchen at all.

It also comes with its own storage case where you can put any attachments that are not being used after making your dish of choice. This product is very easy to use according to some reviews because it has a pulse control system and two speeds setting for pulsing and processing food items.

Many customers who bought this product wrote in their reviews that they are satisfied with its performance and price so take your time to read these reviews before deciding on which blender food processor combo you should purchase.

Factors To Consider When Choosing The Blender Food Processor Combo

Blender food processor combos (also known as kitchen mixers) are becoming more and more popular nowadays. If you’re not yet familiar with what they are, Blender food processors are essentially two machines joined together into one.

They usually consist of a blender and a food processor that can be joined or detached depending on your needs at the time (we will cover this later).

Though there is no wrong reason to buy a combo unit, knowing these factors can help you make an informed decision:

1) Size

Size has always been an issue when it comes to the combination of these two machines because both appliances need enough room for storage. It’s important that after using your combo machine, you have enough space left to store it! In addition, the size of your kitchen may also dictate whether you should get a blender food processor combo or not.

For example, if you have little to no space in your kitchen and an under-the-counter Blender Food Processor Combo that has a dishwasher safe bowl and blade isn’t available then you may want to opt for another type of blender such as the Ninja Master Prep Professional. This model combines four appliances into one but functions much like your average blender.

2) Price

One thing to consider about price is how high it is. We all know that cheap products are rarely good investments because they only last a short time whereas expensive items can save money in the long run.

In this case, buying a very cheap unit might mean more money down the line because it will likely break and need to be replaced. A good rule of thumb before buying a blender food processor combo is to consider how much you can spend on it without struggling financially.

On the other hand, if you’re looking for an inexpensive and high-quality product, then we would recommend looking at the Ninja Master Prep Professional Blender Food Processor Combo.

At $69, this appliance has great reviews and comes with four unique functions: chopper, mixer, blender and warmer. Though not as versatile as some kitchen appliances out there (such as a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer), this machine does blend very well for its price range.

3) Ease of use

In general, all kitchen appliances are easy to use. However, keep in mind that blender food processor combos may be slightly more complicated than your average blender or food processor.

This is because you need to be able to detach the blades and the bowl for cleaning purposes. So before buying a kitchen mixer, make sure it’s easy for you to put it together and take it apart!

4) Versatility

One thing that makes combo machines so great is their versatility. Some kitchen appliances only do one particular function–blending or cooking–but Blender Food Processor Combo ‘s are versatile enough to do both functions at once! Having this kind of convenience is something you need if you’re leading a busy lifestyle.

5) Cleaning

No one wants to spend hours cleaning up after dinner–not even chefs! Having to clean your equipment usually takes more time than people realize so it’s important that you choose kitchen appliances that are easy to clean. After all, cleaning is often the most unpleasant part about owning any type of machine…

For instance, take the Ninja Master Prep Professional Blender Processor Combo. Though this appliance does not come with a dishwasher safe bowl, cleaning it is still very easy thanks to the removable blades and strainer that can be washed by hand.

6) Ease of Use

All other factors being equal, one important consideration when choosing Blender Food Processor Combo machines is how convenient they are for everyday use. You want something that blends well without spilling, chops efficiently, and does so without making too much noise. You also want to have a powerful machine that is built sturdily enough to last for many years of usage. Before you buy a kitchen appliance, be sure it is easy and convenient to use!

Now that you’ve learned about some of the most important factors in Blender Food Processor Combo units, we hope you feel more confident about buying one! Just remember: if your primary purpose for purchasing a blender food processor combo is convenience, then choose one with multiple uses.

The Ultimate Kitchen Powerhouse. I recently purchased the Ninja BL770 blender and I have been absolutely thrilled with its performance. This blender has exceeded my expectations in every way and has become an indispensable kitchen appliance in my home.First and foremost, the power of the Ninja BL770 is remarkable. It effortlessly blends through even the toughest ingredients, whether it’s crushing ice for smoothies or pulverizing frozen fruits and vegetables. The 1500-watt motor is a true workhorse and makes quick work of any blending task. The versatility of this blender is also a standout feature. With its multiple blending options, including single-serve cups, a large pitcher, and a food processor attachment, it can handle a wide range of tasks. I love the convenience of the single-serve cups for making personalized smoothies and the food processor attachment for chopping, slicing, and dicing. It’s like having several kitchen appliances in one.Cleaning the Ninja BL770 is a breeze. The parts are easy to disassemble and are dishwasher safe, which saves me a lot of time and effort. The pitcher and cups are made from high-quality materials that are both durable and easy to clean. One of the things that impressed me the most is how quiet this blender is compared to others I’ve used in the past. Despite its power, it operates relatively quietly, which is a big plus for early morning smoothie making without waking up the entire household.Overall, the Ninja BL770 is a fantastic blender that offers exceptional performance, versatility, and ease of use. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and powerful blender for their kitchen. It’s been a game-changer in my daily meal preparation, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
No regrets. We had the Ninja Bullet for a few years but we used it daily, multiple times a day. The poor thing didn’t hold up at all. It leaked and the blender cap cracked almost immediately and was very high pitched and loud, and did NOT stick to the counter at all. We had to hold it in place and even the blender cup because it would blend so fast the cup would come loose and it would stop. This blender is nothing close to the bullet, THANK GOD. It’s so much quieter, still loud but it’s dull and doesn’t wake my husband up in the morning. I love that it sticks firmly to the counter top. I’m impressed with the quality and “craftsmanship”. It’s made so well and super easy to clean! I’m very, very happy with this! Now let’s see if it can handle multiple uses a day!
A Kitchen Powerhouse: The Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System. I recently purchased the Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System, and it has been an absolute game-changer in my kitchen. High qualityEasy to use and clean
This is a superb appliance in every way: well built, easy to use, easy to clean. It makes a lot of noise early in the morning but that’s a small price to pay for the perfect smoothies! The delivery was efficient and timely. If you want a good blender with extra capabilities, look no further.

I Didn’t Know That I Needed This. My last blender is o l d – as in belonged to my parents – and I am at “grandmother age”! My husband wanted to get me the Ninja Nutri Bullet as a gift and I was lukewarm about ordering it…as I said I did not know that I needed this! After some thought though I began looking at various Ninja models and when I saw the Twisti I knew it was the right model for me. More versatile that the Nutri Bullet (imho) and it has a significantly higher wattage, plus it includes the cups that had drawn me to the Nutri Bullet originally.I have only been using this beast for only a day, but I am thoroughly impressed! This machine is just so good!I made fruit and yoghurt smoothies with extra protein today and they were ready in a flash! So good! The parts are all easy to remove and take apart and they are very easy to clean. The container and the cups are made of a quality plastic – like Lexan…sturdy and well made. I question the longevity of the blade assembly simply because it is plastic (old blenders had glass containers and the blades were set into metal), but since I see that replacement parts are available and not very costly I am not worried. I also don’t think that any parts will need replacement any time soon because this machine is very well made. It sits on the counter very securely with gripper suction cups that actually work exceedingly well.Pros:1. Fantastic motor and wattage2. Not huge – does not take up much counter space3. Works thoroughly and quickly4. Has tamper legs that can be rotated as you blend (not available when you are using the cups – only with the large container5. Well made!6. Capable of doing things like making nut butters, crushing ice, and so much more7. Replacements parts like cups, containers, blades, seal rings etc are readily available and not too costlyPossible Cons1. Longevity for plastic parts with the blade assembly ?I am very happy with this blender and think it is a little powerhouse!
Nice Blender. I’m writing this review in case others are in need of a blender for different purposes than the average buyer. My dogs’ diet includes a puréed fruit and veggie mix. I’m prepping at least 10 pounds of veggies at a time and I need something to purée that load with a variety of veggies. Out of the box; I ran through 10 pounds of kale, red cabbage and celery, none of which were steamed or boiled first. The blender handled it beautifully to a thick puree. The twistie cap, which I thought was a gimmick, actually worked quite well to get the bigger pieces out of the center and down to the blades. The canister is fairly small though. I didn’t take any stars off the review because it was clearly in the description and I was just not paying attention. The blender errored twice for me and I suspect I got impatient and over loaded it. When I fed 1/2 a handful at a time it ran well. A bit annoying, but 30 seconds per 1/2 a handful with the “smoothie” button worked well. It’s also quite noisy. I’ll keep this one, but will be looking for one with a bigger canister.
Perfect for complicated smoothie recipes. I have two older Ninjas, two Bullets, a Vitamix, and a commercial smoothie blender. The Vitamix is a hassle to get out all of the smoothie, and is a royal pain to clean. The Ninjas and Bullets aren’t up to the smoothie’s I make…seeds, fruit, nuts, etc. The commercial blender is fantastic but only if you make a full pitcher (74ozs), so I needed something smaller as I am on a 90% Fruitarian/sprouts smoothie regimen, long term.I have found as a martial artist and farmer, liquifying my food seems to be used by my body better. This thing is fantastic. Just the right size for one smoothie meal, grinds up seeds and nuts perfectly…..even roasted hemp. Some greens require two smoothie cycles so that everything fits thru my straw….but that isn’t a big deal.Takes up little counter space, easy to put together, easy to clean. I use the pitcher attachment for all liquids. Why? Because I have found that sooner or later the upside down attachments leak….does this on all my Ninjas and Bullets…and not only is costly for the ingredients I use, but is a hell of a mess to clean upThe suction cups on the main body are almost like glue. I don’t leave many appliances on the counter because I live in earthquake country, but I feel pretty safe leaving this on the counter all the time. And lastly, out of all the appliances I have, and I literally have everything made on this planet…..it’s the only one to make full proof mayo without separating.100 stars from me.
This Blender is the best blender I have ever used. I have used bleders in the past, and they were often very cumbersome and hard to clean. This one is not and blends everything I throw at it. The best part is I don’t even need to use the main pitcher, I just use the smaller glasses that come with it. It makes protein shakes a breeze and the pieces come apart very easily for easy rinsing and cleaning. If you don’t blend, you should now because this makes it too easy!
Ease of cleaning, very powerful

All the good to know before buying, all the bad, and comparable (or lack thereof) alternatives. Okay, so here is my review of the Ninja Chef blender. First the bottom line: It is freaking awesome! Of course no purchase decision is made in a vacuum, but rather is based on perception of choices. With that in mind I will address a common theme found throughout reviews of this product. A lot of reviews poo poo this blender by way of citing that the Vitamix line of blenders is better. I’m not arguing that. I can’t because (one) I do not have a Vitamix blender to compare it to, and (two) there are some pretty well done comparisons online that definitively show the Vitamix to be the superior machine. Now if they were being offered at the same (or even close to the same) price point I would return my Ninja and order a Vitamix. The thing is, the cheapest Vitamix blender with anywhere close to the same features costs $450. The model with the same features as the Ninja Chef weighs in at an alarming $650! That’s 4.25 times the cost. Yeah, a $100,000 Mercedes is a better car than a $25,000 Honda, but it costs 4 times as much. A trip aboard the space shuttle would make for a better vacation than a weekend at the lake, but there is a reason you do not see people booking flights with Mr. Musk’s company. In what world do these reviewers live? I wish I lived there. Hey if money is no object to you, buy the $650 dollar model. For that matter, buy the most expensive industrial model you can. I would if I could. I am not aware of a line of blenders that offers the same features of the Chef at the same price point (if it hasn’t been clear enough yet, that last part is VERY IMPORTANT). Anyway, back to the Chef. There are some really good things to say about this blender. There are some bad things to say as well. I will address them all. First, it’s automatic. That is, you tell it what you are blending (not literally tell it, you have to press buttons 🙂 and it just does it. It cycles on and off until it’s done, and the timer tells you how long it will take to do it. The results are great. There are a range of automatic blend types to choose from that take out all of the guess work. You can operate it manually too. It is easy to clean, and the auto clean function works well. Now, for the bad. It is pretty much all plastic. The drive gear that the pitcher connects to is plastic. The gear on the pitcher too. The pitcher itself if plastic. I was surprised by this one. The cheap Oster blender that this replaced (stopped working) had a glass pitcher. Glass is better than plastic (an obvious statement, but not so obvious to Ninja?). I would have preferred to pay an extra $20 and had a glass pitcher. As to the question of noise- It’s loud! It is 1500 watts though, so perhaps it is only fair to Ninja to state that it is 1500 watts loud. That kind of wattage doesn’t come quietly. Maybe it does on a Vitamix? It could only be accomplished with sound-deadening material inside the blender if in fact they are quiet though, as powerful electric motors tend to be loud. It doesn’t require ear protection or anything like that, but it lets you know it’s there. Noise level is the only thing I did not rate in the part of the review process that lets you give stars to different aspects of the product- just didn’t seem fair to dock points for being as loud as it is powerful. And… well, that’s about it. I give the Ninja Chef 5/5 stars. My review is based on my initial impression, having just received the blender a few days ago, and I will update my review if/as my experiences with the blender differ from my initial impression. Thank you for reading.
Good deal, but loud. So far this blender is very worth the moneyPros: cheaper than name brand alternatives (vitamix, nutribullet) it blends quickly and evenlyCons:Very loud, the exhaust smells a bit like melted plastic but dissipates quickly. And cleaning isn’t as easy as i hoped, you can’t just throw soapy water in it and turn it on, it needs at least a little elbow grease with a sponge/towel to get everything.Overall I’m happy with my purchase and have already recommended it to others in my personal life.
I love it so far. I love it so far. I wasn’t able to find many video reviews on it. Except for ones that seemed very scripted and like they were doing more of a promotion for other products. Made me feel like they were being paid in some way. It is really loud though. I’ve only made smoothies with it so far but it works so much better than those cheap blenders you can buy for $30.00 to $50.00 or so. It made a super thick smoothie in about 2 min no problem. It took me like 10 min to make a thick one with my old blender. It made a regular smoothie in less than one minute . I have used the cleaning feature as well. It actually works really well which I love because I hate cleaning blenders . I’m really liking it so far. If anything changes I will update.
It’s a work horse. I absolutely LOVE this blender BUT there is one HUGE set back for me as an ice cream shop! It is SUPER loud! I tell my employees to make sure no one is at the counter because you won’t be able to hear them. 🙁 It works great though and has lasted a long time…… we used it ALOT till I bought a Blendtec because it was just too loud to use in our shop
Love this blender. I’ve had a ninja blender for a while but this is my favorite, it is super powerful and I love the large blades which are easy to clean.
Powerful but loud. This is a beast of a blender. It does sound like a small engine is in your kitchen. However, the cleaning features on this device make all that noise worthwhile.
This is our second one, but it’s missing the cup blades. Great product, don’t know why they changed it
Ninja CT810 Chef. It’s very sturdy and powerful, hence it’s a little loud. Our family loves this machine. I love the IQ function that makes cooking easier; no guess game. But, my favorite function is the auto clean. It’s like a power wash with one touch of button. That makes you want to make more smoothies!

Works great. I was worried it was going to be too small but it’s true to size and does what I needed to do. Plus you get a free cup! Well, worth the purchase
Best “Value” blender combination. I bought this blender back in October 2019 , and since then it has served me well.Let me also say at that tie the blender with food processor combination was (at that time) ~40 USD so truly a great value for the money, although I see today that price has increased dramatically. I will go through the features below. If you don’t want to read my full review in summary I would say this machine is great for your first apartment where space is limited , or alternatively for people who really need a blender (personal or standard size) and only occasionally need the additional attachments. I would have liked to see this product built into a “kitchen system” with more attachments that I could buy later or add on (Larger bowl , dough hook attachment, juicer). The motor is more than capable of doing much more but the accessories and lack of speed control limit it’s functionality when you want to create more complex dishes or need. My advise to you is this – If you are considering this machine over all of the other ones out there I assume it is because you want more functionality than a traditional blender , if that’s true and it turns out you actually need more than just a blender there are other Kitchen systems that might serve you better in the long run (Ninja for example). However if you have a small apartment (or are just cooking for 1~2 people) and don’t need something fancy then this might be a good option–Motor:*The good:StrongSmall (Compact)*The bad:Plastic drive for connection to all accessoriesOnly two speeds (2 Speeds + 2 Of the same speed in “pulse” mode) Which makes for 4 total buttons–Large Glass blender*The Good:Large (Standard) capacityMade from glassPowerful enough to chop ice with a little liquid*The Bad:Lid is very difficult to remove once sealed (As others have noted)You cannot clean it without removing the blade–Personal Blender:*The Good :Perfect size for smoothies and smaller blending needsPowerfulThe mouthpiece opening is very ergonomic and there is no spilling unlike other “flap style” mouth pieces. It is designed to be slightly inserted into your mouth which means you can take a sip and re-close it without excess smoothie in the lid basin.*The Bad:The travel lid uses a friction fit closure and silicone ring to seal the mouth piece , Over time I think the friction fit will wear out which you’d need to buy a new lid, I’d like to see a “Screw top” lid something like the “Takeya” water bottles have. The measurement markings are printed instead of molded into the cup , which can cause them to fade over time. In my case I don’t have a dishwasher and therefore only hand wash in a few short months of ownership I have seen the markings begin to fade way. I suspect if you use a high powered dishwasher it will be more severe. There is no “Lip protection ring” in case you want to drink directly from the cup without the lid attachment. The edges are not sharp but it is not very comfortable unless you add the cover.–Food Processor:*The good:Can easily process 1 regular can of beans for HummusHas a measuring cup integrated into the “pusher” and the markings are “embossed” or molded into the plastic.*The Bad:I do not like the “drive” contraption which delivers power from the motor to the blade . It is very large , difficult to clean and has a small rubber seal at the top which I suspect is not dishwasher safe and will likely ear over time. There are already Food processors with blades that are screwed to the bottom , I would have liked to see this kind of design. There is no scraper attachment for the sides of the bowl, so you will need to manually open and scrape. At this price point you truly cannot complain however it should be noted. The blade has a very smooth sides which makes hand washing very tricky, it would have been better to make this square shape and it could also help move the food around as there is no bowl scraper. The “Pusher” attachment does not reach the bottom of the bowl , So when it is in Food Processor mode it really only acts as a cover. The bowl is small – truly this is going to be something that you can use to prep a small amount of food at a time, like 1 can of beans for hummus, 2 medium onions , 1.5 cans of black beans (smaller than chick peas)Very loud, Much louder than either of the blender accessoriesNeed to pre-chop some veggies to fit in the chute (No full size russet potatoes fitting in here, you need to chop in half first)No dough making blade–Food Shredder:*The good:Shreds, cooked meat, cheese, veggies no problemPusher meets the cutting blade (unlike food processor mode)*The Bad:Only one size cutsNo “Spiralizer” functionGaps on the side which allows food to fall to the bowl.Uses the same “drive” contraption as the food processor–Food Slicer:*The Good:Slices food as intended*The Bad:Only one size slicesSame me issues with the Food processor + belowFood can become stuck in the blade
Great blender. I love the wide base not tippy! Also glass pitcher! The pour spout is so efficient! Fantastic so far!
Daughter LOVED it. Very very picky daughter and she absolutely loved this! Highly recommend!
👍👍. Good bang for my buck so far. Zero complaints 😊
not sturdy. Only had since October 13, 2023 and the base disintegrated. I was making oatmeal flour and, in the middle of grinding the oatmeal in the food processor, the base made a weird noise and the power shut off. When I picked up the base, there were pieces of plastic on the counter. Wouldn’t turn on after that. I tried contacting Hamilton Beach to see if I could get a new base, since all the other parts were ok but never got a response. I don’t want to have to buy a whole new unit. I just want the base. It shouldn’t have fallen apart this soon.
Nice value for money. Good features. Couple dumb design choices. This blender is a nice value for the money considering that it comes with a jug, cup and chopper. I was surprised to see that the jug is made of glass (thumbs up). The cup and chopper containers are made of plastic which is fine.I have two gripes with this blender:1. The blade does not attach securely to the collar. This is a safety concern as it can easily fall out and injure the user. There should be at least some kind of retention mechanism to keep the blade secure. I would even prefer if the collar and blade were a single unit like many other blenders. That being said, you can safely remove the blade from the containers if you remember to push the blade mechanism into the container while unscrewing the collar and then remove them as two separate pieces.Similarly, you can safely attach it by placing the blade in the container first and then screwing on the collar. Unnecessarily complex if you ask me.2. Secondly, the collar does not securely fasten onto the motor base. It just sits there, relying on gravity to keep it in contact with the motor output. This is another poor design choice as I can imagine the teeth on the motor-blade coupling wearing down over time–especially when blending thick substances that give a lot of resistance. There should be a positive retention mechanism here to ensure good contact between the motor and blade assemblies. If you can deal with the above two issues, this is a pretty good buy. Having only used the cup attachment so far, it blends smoothies very nicely leaving no chunks. But one of these days I wouldn’t be surprised if someone sues Hamilton Beach over an injury due to the blade falling out.
Smoothens and blends to desire
Excelente👍👏😆Gracias
Used it for few weeks and below is my observation:1. very noisy.2. Tried all attachments but the blades are not powerful.- [Blender Jar] Hummus was not smooth and have to blend it multiple times and even for long to get desired smoothness (still had granules)- [Chopper Jar with slicer blade] did not work at all, tried slicing cabbage, peppers, cucumber – it was not slicing anything. Initially I thought that I dint fit the blades in a right way, but that wasnt the case. Just to test it out, I also tried checking if it can shred coleslaw, everything just got collected over the blade nothing went through it to shred. It was such a waste of time.- [Travel Jar] only works to make smoothies and icy drink but not powerful, leaves chunks of fruits, only way to realise it is after pouring it in a glass- which defeats the purpose of having travel jar. Now, I use blender only to make lemonade and travel jar as water sipper, I dont know what to do with slicer, looking for replacement.

Powerful & Sturdy. I find Ninja products to be really powerful/effective and this is no different. I love that it gives me different sizes and blades so I dont have to mess up a big container & blades for a small thing. Great quality material, sturdy and dishwasher safe. Overall great buy and value for money.
Love the blender. I make my shakes with it every morning. Very powerful. Easy to clean because it comes apart completely and assembles easily.
Quiet, powerful, and inexpensive. You get a lot for your money with this blender. Makes perfect green smoothies. I don’t really use the other food processor bowls and blades that come with the set, but it’s nice to know they’re there. After reading other reviews, I always handle the blade by its top, and give it a spin to make sure the blade is centered on the spindle. The same sharpness that makes it dangerous makes it effective! It hasn’t cut me yet.I was surprised at the quiet power the Ninja has, it is really remarkable. Best blender I’ve used. To me, it is better than a Vitamix. The motor-at-the-top arrangment is clever and logical. You pop in the blade, fill the pitcher, put on the lid, pop on the motor, and blend (quietly) away.My brother had talked about the health benefits he’d seen from drinking green smoothies. I’d seen Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and wanted to try a diet change. Bought a juicer and this blender to make hybrid smoothies. Your taste may tend toward Margaritas, and I completely understand, but these days I’m trying out the green smoothie way. Here’s a typical morning smoothie:For the liquid, you can use water, or fresh veggie juice. I use fresh veggie juice, perhaps to justify the purchase of my  Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite 1000-Watt Juice Extractor – juice 3-4 large carrots and half a cucumber or zucchini. Sometimes if I have an extra apple or orange, or want a lime or ginger flavor, I juice those as well.Pour the water/veggie juice into the Ninja, along with…1 cored apple (not peeled), one peeled orange (keep the white skin, lose the outer orange), 1 1/2 cups of Kale or Spinach (fresh or frozen), 2-3 teaspoons Spirulina, 1 banana, some frozen pineapple, peach, berries, or mango, 1/4 avacado, protein powder (I combine Rice Protein with Vega Vanilla is best), and sometimes frozen shelled edamame (soy beans). I vary the recipe depending on what’s on hand, and rotate the kale and spinach. The blender keeps all the fiber of the kale/spinach, apple, orange, and fruit… along with the nutrients from the juiced veggies. Hybrid. The Breville juices fast, and cleans up fast. The Ninja blends it fast and well, and also cleans up fast.Tip 1: Pulse and blend. Do both and it will thoroughly all ingredients. If you only blend, it won’t all mix.Tip 2: For weekday speed, move prep time to Sunday afternoon. You can prepare a series of smoothies using frozen spinach/kale, frozen fruits, and add-in-powders. Store them in the freezer in individual freezer containers. On a weekday morning, just pour a Ziploc into the Ninja. Add the apple (cored) and orange (peeled) fresh. If you have time, juice the carrots and cucumber, and add the juice. If you don’t have time, add 2 cups of water.Tip 3: Freeze you Bananas! – Buy/wait for peak freshness. Peel whole bunch. Cut, and lay separated segments on wax paper in the freezer for an hour. Store in a Ziploc.Highly recommended blender.
Love. This blender is awesome. It does everything it says and super fast. It’s also really easy to throw in the dishwasher. The only very minor complaint I have is that it’s sometimes hard to clean the interior of the part with the motor. Food can get stuck in the crack where it meets the bottom portion and that can be a pain to clean. But this is really minor and it’s easy enough to clean it with a wet dishcloth. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic good quality blender/chopper.
Best blender I have used. I have used this blender to make my own almond butter which really tests the capabilities of a blender. Did a great job…no overheating and continues to excel for my smoothies, chopped ice, nuts, and even frozen block cheese. Like the optional sizes and power source that sits on top of the cover. Easy to store. I received Ninja blender as a gift and purchased one for my daughter I liked so much.
too puree. These are nice, easy to use and clean but I feel like each one of them purees everything. I like to chop my veggies up real fine and these little machines seem to only puree!
Shreds do easily. This set is amazing.
A Versatile Kitchen Powerhouse. I am absolutely thrilled with my Ninja Master Prep Professional! This powerhouse of a kitchen appliance has revolutionized my cooking experience. From chopping and food processing to blending, it handles every task effortlessly. The patented Ninja Blade Technology is truly remarkable, effortlessly crushing ice into snow in seconds and transforming frozen fruits into creamy smoothies with ease. Whether I’m mincing, dicing, chopping, blending, or pureeing, this machine delivers consistent and perfect results every time. What I love most is the convenience of the interchangeable and ergonomic 450-watt power pod, which seamlessly switches between the 16-oz chopper bowl, 40 oz processor bowl, or 48-ounce pitcher, offering unparalleled versatility in the kitchen. The large chrome pulsing button ensures ultimate control and precise results, while the wide, no-slip bases and splashguards keep everything steady and clean.Cleanup is a breeze with the dishwasher-safe removable parts, and the included storage lids are a thoughtful addition to keep food fresh. In summary, the Ninja Master Prep Professional has exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile kitchen companion. It’s a game-changer!
I like this blender or chopper, works great! This is the second one I bough, my first one quit after at least five years if not more. Great!
Really good !!!Note: Before using this product use 230-120v AC supply converter.
I was so looking forward to using this machine but it only lasted 5 seconds before it started smoking! Turns out that it won’t work in the UK because it is rated for the USA. Why sell it in the UK?

Genius appliance. **Updated 7/4/18: Edit: I don’t use it every day, but I’ve had this thing for 7 years and it STILL works like a charm. The cups havent stained or cracked, the blades havent rusted. One of the removable rubber seals cracked, and that’s it.**This little thing is AWESOME. I’ve had it for a week now, and have used it every day for making smoothies, and once for homemade hummus. Some notes for those who might be interested in purchasing this:1) It doesn’t take over your counter top – the base is small enough to leave out, which is nice, especially if you use it every day (or would use it everyday if you could only leave it out on the counter :)!2) It’s more for beverages or things you want really, really smooth; it’s not for food prep like chopping – you’ll end up getting baby food. (Get a food processor if you’re looking for chopping.)3) It’s as easy as the ad says: put your stuff into the cups, screw on the blade, put it in the machine and select speed. Voila!4) Pay attention to the “MAX” line on the cup, otherwise you won’t be able to screw on the blade. (And to guarantee it will fit, put the hard items on the bottom of the cup, like ice or fruit, and top with the liquids so you’re not fighting ice with the blade. :)5) The to-go lids screw on tightly, but do NOT have a covered mouthpiece so they are not for those in need of spill-proof lids.6) This thing is powerful, so start on low pulse. I used high once and it smelled like it was burning so after reading the directions, I learned that it’s because it’s powerful on low when making something like a smoothie and you don’t need high except with thick stuff (like hummus).7) Read the directions. They’re short and sweet: 3 steps for each type of cup/blade.8) Make sure you use the right blade. (see #7) Otherwise it won’t work as well.9) BUY THIS! YOU WILL LOVE IT! It’s so much better than the Magic Bullet – more powerful, more convenient, better cups, and easier to clean. It comes with a recipe book, which I haven’t used at all. My only complaint is in regard to the lids for the to-go cups. I don’t know anyone who prefers an open mouth lid on a to-go cup. I’m not sure if they’re available for sale or not. I shopped around for a while to find one with similar features, and for the power, what you get and the price, it’s totally money well-spent!!
Forget the Magic Bullet-this Cuisinart is GREAT. I was a Magic Bullet fan for many, many, years. So much so, that I purchased another full and bigger set when my original Bullet finally died. After repeated problems with the new Bullet (including purchasing and receiving multiple replacements within a few months), I decided to cut my losses and purchased the Cuisinart. WOW! What a huge difference! I should have purchased this system to begin with! The motor is really strong. No, it does not rip off the bottom when you try ice cubes as someone else reported. I watched the video on using the unit, and then tried everything in the video for myself. Crushing ice was quick and easy -and the ice was like snow -as shown in the video. Everything worked as advertised. The cups are tall and slim. I bought a bottle brush and they clean easily. I really like the sip cup tops, but do wish they came with storage tops. There is one supplied, but would have liked more. The blade is REALLY sharp, and I do use extra care when handling it.What I like best- you simply prepare your drink, screw on the blade , turn over the cup and place the unit into the blender. The cup seats itself, and a red light appears when the cup is properly seated. Press the start button, and in seconds, your drink is ready. No pushing down like on the Bullet. The time to complete the process is a fraction of the time it took the Bullet -when it would even work! The Bullet had more accessories, but less can better! This comes with a pitche type accessory, 4cups and lids, and a mixing cup with closed top. That is all I found I REALLY need. The motor is very powerful and I am really pleased with this purchase. I use my Cuisinart 2-3 ties a day. It is stainless and black, and looks nice on the counter.I highly recommend the Cuisinart 300 SmartPower blender -looks good, works great, and is dependable!!!
Buen producto La marca lo respalda
I ordered this device from Amazon SG and it doesn’t list anywhere the power voltage. It only works on 110V. I have to order a step-down transformer before I can use it. Should list the power requirements of the device. Everything was packed well and delivered in good condition.

Love this. Works great and it is simple to disassemble for cleaning. Never had a bad Cuisinart product!
Great little food processor. I wanted a small food processor for my tiny kitchen. I absolutely loved my full size Cuisinart which I had for many years in a full-size kitchen but with a smaller kitchen. I wanted something that would take up less room. This little Cuisinart combo is absolutely perfect!
I love this little machine. This is the 2d Cuisinart Duet I’ve bought. After 10+ years of daily smoothies and other uses, my previous one gave up the ghost. I was disappointed because my OG Cuisinart processor didn’t die until it was more than 40! But 10+ (I think it’s more like 13 or 14) is pretty good these days. This blender/small processor is so simple and easy to use. The same motor base fits the glass blender jar and the not-glass (acrylic?) processor bowl. You just set the jar or bowl down on the base and push a button. The processor bowl is small, only 3 cups, but it’s perfect if you’re not making a big dish. And Cuisinart has improved the processor blades: instead of separate shredder and slicer blades like my old one had, this one has one reversible blade, one side for shredding and one side for slicing, both thin. It’s easy to take apart for cleaning, and most parts can go in the dishwasher. Of course, the motor base is not submersible – it’s just wiped off with a damp cloth, which is easy because the buttons are smooth so nothing sticks up and gets stuff caught between them. It’s a very sleek assembly, too. The only thing I don’t like is that it only comes in gray. I have a white kitchen and prefer white for the appliances that stay out on the countertop, but it seems no one makes them any more. “Stainless steel” and “brushed chrome” now seem to be used more as names for a color (gray) than the name of a material (metal, as opposed to plastic). Cuisinart isn’t the only company that does this. But if you order a “stainless steel” or “brushed chrome” Duet, the cover of the motor base will be plastic, not metal. The blades, however, are actually stainless steel.
Not as powerful as some. I loved the idea that this was a blender and food processor in one. But when it arrived, I read the documentation. You can not use ice in the blender and you can’t make bread dough in the food processor. I have now used the blender to puree soup. It did well when vegetables were very well done, but kinda bogged down when they weren’t completely soft. You should also be aware that blender and food processor capacity is smaller than single purpose appliances. I ended up keeping my old food processor because it has so much more power and capacity. So instead of 2 in one appliance I now have 2 in one + 1.
On time. Wife was very anxious to use the blender it very easy to use and it was everything that she expected
**DEAD AFTER 1 YEARS OF MINIMAL USE**. 11/23 Second edit: After having this for only a year and using it maybe 15 to 20 times maximum the motor – which was always making an awful noise to be honest – sounds even worse, food doesn’t get pulled down toward the blade and it abruptly shuts off after some struggling sounds. I’m done with this. I don’t think it’s even worth pursuing repair under warranty, to be honest. Sadly, it’s going to go to the landfill.12/22 EDIT: After having this for over a month I’ve decided to lower my rating from 3 stars to 1. The food processor is essentially totally useless. There is so much space between the slicer/shredder disc and the lid that in addition to food items falling over and ending up being sliced or shredded length-wise, the food can end up just riding around on the disc instead of being cut. It is way too small for most food processor jobs and should really just be called a “chopper” because that’s all it’s actually good for. I wish there was a way to get an actual food processor as an accessory for this motor but I suspect one doesn’t exist…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..This is a well-made product but there are also some notable issues.* The food processor is only 3 cups….so it’s no larger than the “chopper” I already have.* The slicer on the food processor slices eucharist wafer thin results.* Vegetables like carrots fall over in the feed tube of the processor and end up being sliced in all kinds of weird shapes.* There is no safety case for the processor disc slicer/shredder or the blade and I’ve already cut my hand on it.* Food processor is extremely loud.I’ll keep this for the blender aspect but I was really hoping for a much better processor.
Strong blending power and simple easy to clean design. This blender can make a fully blended smoothie in 3 pulses. It is very powerful. The locking mechanism is very simple. You do not have to twist it or find a groove; the bottom of the pitcher just sits on top of the base. The pitcher is thick sturdy glass and it fits easily in the dishwasher. The food processor attachment comes with a plate that allows for slicing and grating. It is a great deal for a 2 in 1 and the design does not skimp on the blender nor the processor. Great quality product with a simple design that works well.
Want to love it but. I really wanted a blender and food processor combo to take up less space in my small kitchen. I have many cuisinart appliances and I love them all so I was confident in this blender. Firstly, I will say I love the glass jug and ability to clean it so well. It does the job. The con, though is that it does not blend smoothly. No matter what we try, there are always pieces of fruit left in our smoothies. This is extremely disappointing and unnecessary.
Very nice to have both a blender and a food processor all together.

Perfect Blender / Food Processor. Craving creamy smoothies, perfectly chopped veggies, and everything in between? The Cuisinart blender/food processor combo might just be your kitchen soulmate. Here’s the lowdown on my experience with this multi-talented appliance:Pros:Master of Many Trades: This bad boy tackles smoothie blending, food processing, nut grinding, and more with ease. I’ve whipped up velvety avocado dips, hummus smooth as silk, and chunky salsa all in the same week. No need for multiple countertop hogs!Powerhouse Performance: It boasts impressive power, making quick work of even the toughest ingredients. Frozen fruit whizzes into bliss, almonds turn into powder in seconds, and chopping onions doesn’t require earmuffs (yet).Intuitive Interface: Operating this is a breeze. Clear buttons, logical settings, and a well-designed dial make navigating different tasks a walk in the park. Even my tech-averse roommate conquered smoothie perfection on their first try.Easy Cleanup: Dishwasher-safe parts are a game-changer! No more scrubbing caked-on kale bits – just pop them in and let the machine do the dirty work.Cons:Sound of Fury: Let’s be honest, it can get a bit loud, especially on higher settings. My cat hides under the sofa during ice-crushing marathons, but the end result (perfectly crushed ice!) usually makes up for it.Size Matters (Sometimes): The food processor bowl works great for small batches, but larger families or ambitious cooks might wish for a bit more capacity. Doubling up on salsa batches isn’t a deal-breaker, but it’d be nice to have the option for one-and-done processing.Final Verdict:This Cuisinart blender/food processor is a versatile champ in the kitchen. Its powerful performance, easy operation, and convenient cleanup make it a worthy investment for anyone who wants to conquer a variety of culinary tasks without cluttering their counter. While the noise level might warrant a “keep it down” from roommates and pets, the delicious and efficient results more than make up for it. In my book, it’s a 4.5 out of 5 star winner!
Nice blender and easy to use. I have had several Cuisinart blenders, and honestly I think they should last longer than they do. At first I was disappointed that they switched from glass to plastic, but in the end I found it easier to handle the plastic because it is lighter. The glass container was quite heavy. I like that they moved the pour spout on this model so that it doesn’t drip at all. I LOVE the smoothie feature. I just turn it on, press the button, and it cycles through and stops automatically when done. About 1 minute to 90 seconds for a really good smoothie. Ultimately I run the blender less time for a smoothie now than with the older model I had, which had food processor as a button instead. This version has less buttons than the older model, but using the manual I can pretty much figure out which button I need. Additionally, the little food processor attachment is really nice as well. My old model had this as well and it didn’t change much. Overall I’m really happy with my purchase. Let’s just hope it lasts for several years.
Bought “Used – Acceptable” and I’m pretty sure the unit is brand new. First of all, I normally try to buy used products on here since they’re cheaper and saving waste going to the landfill. Usually, I can tell that the used products are in fact used, as they have scuffs or other things just slightly off. For the unit that was shipped to me, the only thing that looked used was the box itself. Everything else was still packaged like new, with plastic wrap around individual items and even the outlet plug cover was still attached! I tested everything out and it’s working like new. Hoping this will last for the long haul!
previous model was an excellent product. amazing smoothie maker, but the base cap and the blade came apart while making a smoothie. ordering another one after getting a full refund, and we will see what happens with this next one. I have had OK experiences with previous models, but they also had their own issues. all to do with the cap and the blade. the old one, the bottom ended up shredding the wheel that mates up to the machine, and had to buy a new cap/blade. This one, the blade ended up unscrewing and falling apart, and not able to put back together since it was pressed in on the cap at the factory. EXCELLENT FROZEN SMOOTHIE MAKER THOUGH!! HANDS DOWN!!! Of course, when it works properly. This on only lasted about 6-8 smoothies. Buying a new one now. Fingers crossed.
The latest purchase was one we gifted our daughter. Our own has been with us for over 2 years…. and going!!! It’s a great purchase and used fairly regularly. The only problem we have ever faced is with the food processor plunger. It is so invisible that if you unconsciously tilt the processor lid with it in it that it falls off. It’s happened a few times and the plunger, made of plastic, has cracked. Would we buy another one the next time? Definitely. It serves us for our Indian grinding and processing very well.
I purchased this blender in March, by the beginning of May a mechanism in the base broke off in the middle of use. I received a replacement from Cuisinart after 6 weeks only to have the exact same part break off 3 months later. It’s been 6 months since my original purchase and 2 machines have broken. Do not purchase
Worked great but was extremely loud. Travel cup did a good job making smoothie. I am someone who is not easily bothered by machine noises but couldn’t tolerate this one, ended up returning just for this reason.
