Food Processor Gorgonzola Butter Recipe

Try The Gorgonzola Butter On Steak Or Vegetables

Use a food processor to make this delicious gorgonzola butter recipe. Enhance the flavor of steak or vegetables by spreading this creamy mixture on top of your food. Restaurants love gorgonzola butter recipes as they are an extremely easy recipe to prepare and can be modified with herbs and spices.

Here are a few foods to that are excellent with gorgonzola butter:

  • Baked potato or sweet potato
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Lamb chops
  • Grilled Steaks
  • Artisan breads
  • Crackers
  • Almost any steamed vegetables


  • 8 tablespoons or one stick of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper, or other herbs and spices as desired


  • Insert the food processor’s chopping blade into its work bowl.
  • Put the butter, gorgonzola cheese and spices, if desired, into the food processor
  • Process the food for approximately 60 seconds or until the mixture is smooth
  • Remove the gorgonzola butter from the work bowl and place on a sheet of waxed paper
  • If desired, form the butter into a stick or log or just keep the butter in a creamy tub form
  • Place the butter in an airtight container and refrigerate until reaady to use.
